Clay Play + Wishing

This series of 4 workshops were held outdoors, during Summer Family Fridays at the Young V&A, Bethnal Green.

Inspired by thematic interests within my practice of wishing and everyday joy, families were invited to create their own clay coin with a motif or words of wishing. A ‘wishing tree’ was in the centre, where families could also write and hang their wishes.

Thank you to Chinami, Ellie and Natascha for their collaboration and facilitation of these sessions. Thank you as well to all the families who participated.
